I am a certified third-generation Pilates instructor, trained in the Eve Gentry lineage of the Pilates family tree.

My journey into fitness began at 14, on a brilliant summer day, as I ran and leapt through a warm, fragrant alfalfa field. In that moment, I felt the sheer power, strength, and beauty of the human body—and I was amazed. I realized then that the body is a gift, one that deserves to be nurtured, kept healthy, strong, and flexible.

At 22, I began designing fitness classes at a small gym. By 24, I was running 10Ks, and later earned certifications in aerobics and personal training in my 30s. Always driven to help clients recover from injuries, I pursued additional certifications in Aqua Training, worked with the National Arthritis Foundation, and even trained in kickboxing with featherweight champion Thomas “The Promise.”

But it was Pilates that truly transformed my approach. In 2002, I trained and certified with Michelle Larson of Core Dynamics, a second-generation instructor in the Eve Gentry lineage. This training gave me the foundation to integrate healing and strength-building in a precise, intelligent way. I’ve since expanded my expertise with Yamuna Body Rolling (2012), Craniosacral Therapy, and Barral Nerve Manipulation (2017), continuously learning from the best in the field.

Today, I blend these modalities to create highly personalized sessions tailored to each client’s needs—supporting mobility, healing, and lifelong strength.

A healthy, flexible body is one of life’s greatest gifts. As Rod Stewart put it best: “Forever Young.”
